What you'll do

• Support the safety, security, and well-being of guest families
• register families and provide orientation
• maintain a visible presence and communicate house rules and information
• document waitlists, guest lists, communications, referrals, room assignments, check-ins, and checkouts
• answer phones
• maintain common areas
• handle emergencies
• assist with planned activities and community service volunteers
• clean and prepare vacated rooms, launder linens, restock supplies, sort donations, and organize kitchen and pantry areas.

Why this role

Available shifts include weeknights from 5:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. and a weekend shift from Friday at 5:00 p.m. through Sunday at 5:00 p.m., with sleeping accommodations provided during the weekend shift. Requires at least two years of customer-facing or customer-relations experience; travel to various locations may be required as business needs dictate.
