Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive is an onsite role based in Berea, OH. Compensation is not specified beyond a base salary plus commission structure, and this position supports the Electronic Security division of Securitas Technology. This role exists to drive new business development within the core commercial market segment. The Account Executive is responsible for lead generation, relationship building, and presenting integrated security solutions to prospective clients to help achieve the company's mission of creating a safer world.

What you'll do

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Develop and implement service/account outsourcing strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design custom solutions.
• Participate in networking events and trade shows.
• Conduct at least 10 in-person client meetings per week.
• Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling.
