What you'll do

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive customer loyalty.
