Afternoon Preschool Caregiver

The Afternoon Preschool Caregiver role is onsite in Greenville, SC. Pay is $12–$14 per hour. The caregiver supports preschool-aged children at Berea Friendship Child Development Center during the afternoon program. The role provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting through supervised play, activities, snack service, and smooth transitions from childcare to home. The caregiver also communicates with parents at pickup and follows center policies and state regulations.

What you'll do

• Supervise preschool-aged children during indoor and outdoor play
• lead arts and crafts, storytime, and structured games
• assist with handwashing, restroom transitions, and snacks
• maintain a clean and sanitized classroom
• communicate with parents and guardians at pickup
• support curriculum activities and daily transitions
• follow center policies and state regulations.
