What you'll do

• Lead and supervise direct support professionals

• complete quality-assurance tasks and audit documentation
• assist with grocery shopping
• support the program manager
• attend community outings and appointments
• promote safety, dignity, and independence
• communicate concerns and incomplete tasks promptly.
