Customer Quality Engineer

The Customer Quality Engineer role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $90,000–$130,000 annually. MISUMI Americas provides standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions through a digital manufacturing platform, supporting engineers and procurement teams. The engineer translates customer quality requirements into internal quality-system practices, coordinates regional teams and manufacturing partners, and resolves customer quality concerns. The role aims to improve customer satisfaction and make quality a differentiator across major programs.

What you'll do

• Review customer quality requirements and integrate them into the Quality Management System
• support APQP and PPAP activities and measurement plans
• align analytical and manufacturing techniques with customer specifications
• advise program managers on structured problem solving
• bridge customers and regional Quality Teams
• identify quality-system and partner-network improvements
• implement customer-quality performance indicators
• coordinate timely responses to supplier corrective action requests
• advocate for customers on quality issues.
