What you'll do

• Prepare programming and concept documentation
• assist with budgets, schedules, and work plans
• review codes, zoning, accessibility, and life-safety requirements
• develop architectural plans, details, and construction documents
• select materials and systems
• prepare presentations, permit submittals, code analyses, quantity surveys, and bid packages
• coordinate building systems
• support construction administration and client communication.
