What you'll do

• Supervise, train, counsel, motivate, and evaluate Restorative Nursing team members
• enter MDS assessments
• attend care conferences, audit materials, and sign MDS documents
• ensure MDS assessments and care plans comply with regulations
• write and update care plans
• complete regulatory paperwork
• coordinate communication among associates, residents, and families
• maintain resident and family relationships
• coordinate with attending physicians as needed
• manage emergencies and report incidents
• protect resident confidentiality and rights.
