What you'll do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- maintain an orderly dish room
- clean kitchen machines and work areas
- prepare back-of-house areas for the next shift
- assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- remove trash and recycle
- report equipment or food-safety concerns
- and complete end-of-night dish-machine closing duties.
