The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — In-Person role is based in Jersey City, NJ, with in-home and community work; hybrid positions are also available. Pay is $75–$95 per hour. The BCBA provides behavioral analysis services and develops, monitors, and updates instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains. The role also trains paraprofessionals to implement instructional programs and behavior plans, contributing to children’s communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills.
