• ensure lease documents are accurate
• build relationships with local businesses and universities
• develop and execute marketing campaigns and rate plans
• track leasing KPIs and improve performance
• lead team recruitment, training, and retention
• maintain market knowledge
• ensure timely reporting and compliance training.
