The Spring 2027 Workforce Programs Intern is a hybrid, part-time position based in Washington, DC, with onsite work expected approximately two days per week once office space is available; Wednesday is one onsite day. Part-time compensation is prorated from the stated full-time rate of $2,000 per month. The Workforce team administers programs that address public-sector talent gaps and support recruitment and retention strategies. The intern helps deliver workforce programs while developing project coordination, event planning, research, data collection, relationship management, proposal development, marketing, and customer-service skills. Placement is in either the Early Career Talent or Employee Engagement portfolio.
