What you'll do

• Coach and develop Design Consultants through ride-alongs, one-to-ones, and weekly performance check-ins
• set expectations and hold the team accountable to sales standards and activity metrics
• build consistent processes across Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville
• diagnose performance gaps and create improvement plans
• lead difficult conversations
• partner with People Operations and leadership on performance management and team structure
• run team meetings and represent the markets to senior leadership. Regular travel between the three markets is required.
