What you'll do

• Respond to cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• analyze state, federal, and international breach and privacy laws
• draft notices to individuals and regulators
• respond to regulatory investigations
• oversee forensic investigations and third-party vendors
• advise clients on notification obligations
• prepare crisis communications, reports, and legal budgets
• interface with clients, senior management, and IT staff.
