What you'll do

• Lead biological resource assessments, field surveys, impact analyses, and technical reports
• identify effects on special-status species, sensitive communities, wetlands, and aquatic resources
• develop avoidance, minimization, mitigation, monitoring, and compliance measures
• prepare and manage permit applications and approvals
• coordinate with clients, engineers, planners, agencies, and technical specialists
• support CEQA and NEPA review
• manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and quality control
• mentor junior staff
• and assist with proposals and client development. Travel to project sites and agency meetings throughout the Central Valley is required as needed.
