What you'll do

• Develop local capabilities in continuous improvement methods including 6S, Kaizen, TPM, setup reduction, standard work, and visual management
• lead initiatives to improve production, quality, and safety
• facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops
• align process improvements with AS9100
• maintain OSHA- and EPA-aligned safety programs
• conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
• deliver safety training and promote sustained adoption of improvements.
