What you'll do

• Lead a team in a task-oriented janitorial operation
• support the Maintenance Operations Center and KBS Field Operations teams by responding to escalations
• clean facility areas as needed
• follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart
• help cover callouts and daily schedules by working or splitting shifts
• provide feedback and timely escalation reports to the KBS Management Team.
