What you'll do

• Load materials and products into packaging equipment
• inspect containers and products against specifications and work with QA and Flake Operators
• measure, weigh, count, fill, and remove defective products
• train and direct baggers and inspection-table personnel within assigned limits
• check scales and bag weights and record results
• communicate issues and changes across shifts
• maintain accurate packaging reports and logs
• keep packaging areas clean
• check labels, seals, pallets, and product records
• transport acceptable product to the warehouse
• replace damaged bags and perform minor mechanical repairs
• monitor the aspirator area
• complete reports and follow safety policies.
