Operations Supervisor — Office Coffee Services

Job overview

The Operations Supervisor role is onsite in Poughkeepsie, NY. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. First Choice Coffee Services serves businesses with office coffee solutions and customer service. The supervisor coordinates daily route, service, and warehouse readiness, supporting efficient deliveries and service calls. The role also oversees equipment, vehicles, safety practices, paperwork, and communication among operations, customer service, sales, and branch management.

What you'll do

• Ensure route drivers and service technicians are loaded and ready on time
• manage product rotation and par levels
• work with the Branch Manager to improve route efficiency
• oversee warehouse product pulls and end-of-day paperwork
• set equipment repair objectives
• limit overtime
• instruct staff in safe equipment and vehicle operation and proper loading and lifting
• maintain warehouse and truck cleanliness and organization
• coordinate vehicle maintenance
• provide route or service coverage during absences
• coordinate with customer service and sales
• address employee and customer issues.
