The Cold Food (Salad) Cook role is onsite in Fremont, CA, with compensation of $24–$25 per hour. The position supports dining service at the Stryker Fremont location; CulinArt manages dining facilities for organizations and institutions. The cook prepares and serves salads, sandwiches, and other cold food items while maintaining food quality, safe temperatures, portion control, and sanitation. The role supports timely service by stocking products, following production requirements, and keeping preparation and serving areas clean.

What you'll do

• Obtain daily production and preparation requirements from the chef
• prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to production standards
• stock and replenish cold products
• store food using wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize work surfaces, refrigeration units, and floors
• slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables
• follow sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
