The Residential Behavioral Health Lead — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Nelsonville, OH, paying $20.60–$24.14 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure. The role supports the Mary Hill Youth and Family Center; Integrated Services for Behavioral Health’s mission is delivering exceptional care through connection. The lead oversees safe and efficient residential operations during assigned shifts, supports staff, and helps maintain a structured therapeutic environment for residents through coordinated programming, communication, and emergency response.

What you'll do

• Lead behavioral health staff during assigned shifts
• ensure safe operations, coverage, and program compliance
• guide, coach, onboard, and train staff
• communicate resident needs and incidents to clinical staff and supervisors
• monitor resident behavior and use de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques
• serve as the primary emergency contact during the shift
• coordinate schedules, therapeutic programming, activities, outings, and events
• complete safety checks, shift documentation, staffing assignments, incident reports, and electronic health records
• participate in meetings, training, supervision, and quality improvement
• transport residents for outings when necessary.

Why this role
