What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• support transfers and repositioning
• provide close safety attention for a fall-risk patient
• offer companionship and emotional support
• drive the patient to appointments and run errands as needed
• follow the individualized care plan
• communicate changes or concerns to the care team
• maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort.

Why this role

Day shift is 8:00 AM–8:00 PM; night shift is 8:00 PM–8:00 AM. Requires an HHA certificate or CNA license, or ability to pass an HHA competency test; dementia and Alzheimer’s experience; CPR certification; TB clearance; Level 2 background clearance; reliable transportation; and a valid driver’s license with active auto insurance. Some travel may be required depending on patient location.
