Service Porter

The Service Porter role is onsite in Billerica, MA, in the dealership’s Service department. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. High Octane Harley-Davidson’s service team maintains and prepares motorcycles for service and delivery. The porter moves and cleans motorcycles, supports the Service Manager, and helps keep the lot and service facility organized. The work contributes to customer service by preparing units and supporting service department operations.

What you'll do

• Move and clean motorcycles
• maintain motorcycles in sound working condition
• transfer units into and out of the Service Department
• operate a forklift
• wash and detail units
• unload new units
• assemble and perform pre-delivery inspection of new units
• maintain the lot and service facility
• assist the Service Manager as requested.
