This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards. The technician will perform repairs outlined on work orders, explain technical issues to non-mechanical staff, and maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Diagnose vehicles based on certification level.
• Perform repairs outlined on inspection reports and repair orders.
• Explain technical diagnoses to service consultants and customers.
• Recommend necessary services.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain ASE certifications.
