Equipment & Building Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Equipment & Building Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with pay of $18–$30 per hour. The technician supports Midas Auto Service locations across a multi-unit network, helping keep shops safe, efficient, and operational. The role maintains and repairs shop equipment and building systems, performs preventive maintenance, and supports safety compliance across assigned locations. This work helps Midas service centers minimize downtime and maintain clean, functional facilities.

What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic lifts and systems
• service tire machines, wheel balancers, alignment machines, brake lathes, and shop air systems
• coordinate calibration and vendor service
• perform general building repairs and maintain HVAC filters and ventilation
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance and records
• support safety compliance, remodels, installations, relocations, and emergency repairs.
