What you'll do

• Obtain vital signs and intake/output measures and report abnormalities
• assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, specimen collection, mobility, positioning, and transport
• respond to call lights
• observe and report patient changes
• assist nursing staff with procedures
• maintain a clean environment
• document patient-care data accurately.
