JRSS Network Technician

What you'll do

• Analyze customer traffic across MPLS and JRSS infrastructure
• perform customer failover during outages and maintenance
• monitor network alarms
• complete change-management tasks including hardware replacement, software configurations, and ASI management
• document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions
• assess network incidents using relevant routing, switching, security, and network-management technologies.
