What you'll do

• Stock and display fresh plant material
• unload plants from delivery racks and set up displays
• maintain sales-ready plant and display appearance
• cull and dispose of unsellable plants
• perform inventory cycle counts and adjustments
• assist with resets, display building, and special events
• keep work areas clean and safe
• use tools such as pallet jacks, pruners, and ladders
• follow company policies and safety guidelines
• and communicate with coworkers, vendors, and retail associates.
