The Senior ServiceNow Developer – On-Site role is onsite five days a week at one of the listed locations: Fort Meade, MD; Ogden, UT; or Scott AFB, IL. Compensation is $65 per hour. The role supports implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications across a federal enterprise. The developer configures, customizes, integrates, and supports ServiceNow capabilities to meet business and operational needs. The work includes platform upgrades, workflows and reporting, data integration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams; the developer also mentors junior developers.

What you'll do

• Support implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM, and Workforce Management modules
• create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, roles, dashboards, and integrations
• support upgrades, process flows, data migration, and CMDB data quality
• troubleshoot and automate tasks
• collaborate with customers and technical teams
• document development
• and mentor junior developers.
