What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations, notifying hospital personnel or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, monitor access points, assist with visitor management, and document incidents and patrol activities.
