The CAD Drafter / Programmer — Countertop Fabrication role is onsite in Pineville, NC. Compensation is not specified. The position supports GableStone, ADG’s new countertop fabrication and installation business, launching its first location in the greater Charlotte area. The role exists to translate project layouts and measurements into accurate production drawings and CNC programs. By coordinating with templating, fabrication, installation, and production teams, the drafter helps optimize material use, reduce waste, and keep countertop projects on schedule.

What you'll do

• Create and modify production-ready CAD drawings for countertop fabrication
• generate CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• review layouts, field measurements, and specifications for accuracy
• coordinate with measure technicians, fabrication, installation, and production teams
• troubleshoot design and programming issues
• update drawings and programs as projects change
• optimize material utilization and minimize waste
• prepare correct programs and materials
• track project status and maintain documentation.
