Technical Review Specialist I — Remote

What you'll do

• Review claims and compare work with industry standards
• coordinate with adjusters and contractors
• obtain claim documentation such as moisture readings, sketches, and photos
• discuss potential deviations
• create estimates and sketches in Xactimate
• work toward agreed claim settlements
• prepare written review summaries based on IICRC standards
• manage claim details and records in company systems.
