Senior Accounting Professional — Path to Controller

It supports agency operations through close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial insight for leadership decisions.

What you'll do

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, and balance-sheet reconciliations
• prepare and review financial statements
• maintain the general ledger and internal controls
• manage commissions, carrier payables and receivables, premium trust and fiduciary accounts, and agency-bill and direct-bill reconciliations
• lead budgets and forecasts
• coordinate audits and tax filings
• supervise accounting staff
• improve finance processes.
