The Certified Packaging Team Member is an onsite position based in Buckner, KY. Compensation is $24.02 per hour, supporting the production group at Winland Foods. This role exists to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The team member operates, monitors, and maintains packaging equipment and monitors processes to deliver food experiences to consumers.
What you'll do
- Operate basic packaging machinery
- complete equipment changeovers
- use technical skills in SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver
- perform routine operation checks
- inspect products for correct labeling and packaging
- conduct quality checks
- follow GMP, HACCP, and SQF policies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
