Job overview
The Alarm Technician role is an onsite contract position based in Metairie, LA. - Respond to trouble tickets, diagnose and resolve application issues, execute preventative maintenance, perform configuration changes, document system modifications, produce technical documentation, perform pre-deployment testing, and conduct on-site software installations.
