The Food & Beverage Management & Development Program is an onsite, 12–18-month program in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is not specified. Participants rotate through casual dining, fine dining, and banquet operations while learning front-of-house service and club operations. Structured mentorship, leadership workshops, cross-departmental exposure, and practical service experience build the operational knowledge and leadership skills needed for potential supervisory or management advancement.

What you'll do

• Rotate through casual dining, fine dining, and banquet outlets
• learn and perform server, bartender, host, food runner, and expeditor positions
• support banquet, event, and daily dining service
• cross-train with Purchasing, Accounting, and Human Resources
• learn club technology platforms
• follow food safety, alcohol service, and workplace safety standards
• participate in pre-shift meetings, coaching, mentorship, and leadership workshops
• submit monthly learning reports
• engage with members and participate in club events
• complete training modules and evaluations.
