The Team Lead — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Grand Rapids, MI. Compensation is $20.50 per hour, with additional shift premiums for second- and third-shift positions. What you'll do

• Train, mentor, supervise, and develop production team members
• coordinate startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• oversee work assignments, rotations, training, coverage, breaks, overtime, and backup scheduling
• support staffing with HR
• conduct performance evaluations
• maintain quality control
• enter shift paperwork
• lead or participate in waste and cost reduction
• enforce policies, safety, food safety, GMP, and PPE requirements
• provide production support when required.
