The Materials Logistics and Facilities Operations Coordinator role is onsite in Jackson, MI, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. The position supports Sesame Solar’s factory operations by keeping project materials and inventory organized so manufacturing can stay on schedule. The coordinator receives and tracks shipments, manages project material counts, moves supplies within the facility, and maintains digital inventory records. The role also provides light-duty facilities maintenance as needed, helping sustain smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do

• Receive, unpack, organize, and track shipments
• monitor project materials and anticipate replenishment
• move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
• operate a company F-350 or comparable vehicle
• maintain digital inventory records using Microsoft 365
• provide general light-duty facility maintenance as needed.
