What you'll do

• Complete work orders and special projects
• perform HVAC-related work and plumbing and electrical service requests
• complete apartment turns involving plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair or replacement
• respond to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed
• maintain exterior property areas
• perform housekeeping and snow removal when needed
• maintain pools and spas if applicable.
