Community Talent Consultant

What you'll do

• Build relationships with schools, healthcare organizations, workforce partners, and community groups
• represent Phoenix at career fairs and events
• develop outreach approaches
• generate candidate leads and connect them with recruiters
• follow up with candidates
• track outreach and results
• travel throughout Independence and surrounding communities, with some evenings and weekends possibly required.
