The Registered Nurse (RN), Interventional Radiology works onsite in Grosse Pointe, MI. Compensation is not specified. The full-time, benefit-eligible position is scheduled for 36 hours per week: four nine-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a rotating day off. Henry Ford St. John Hospital’s three-lab Interventional Radiology department performs approximately 15–25 procedures daily. The nurse coordinates and delivers compassionate patient care, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role also supports communication, patient and family education, and timely responses to changes in patient goals and needs.

• Coordinate and deliver patient care

• delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families
• communicate pertinent information to the healthcare team

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, current Michigan nursing licensure, and BCLS certification. At least one year of prior critical care experience is sought; BSN, ACLS, and 1–2 years of critical care experience are preferred. Rotating after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call is required.
