Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist role is onsite in Dallas, TX; compensation is $75,000–$95,000 annually. Xpanner develops software and Physical AI solutions for heavy machinery and construction projects. This role supports the growing U.S. sales and rental operation. The specialist manages the sales and rental order lifecycle and builds scalable processes across contracts, ERP execution, invoicing, and reporting. By coordinating Sales, Accounting, Finance, and customer accounts-payable teams, the role supports accurate billing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and operational growth.

What you'll do

• Manage sales and rental orders from intake and contract setup through close-out
• administer and optimize Oracle ERP workflows
• coordinate invoice reconciliation with Sales, Accounting, and customer AP teams
• support lead qualification, quotes, and sales-cycle tasks
• maintain CRM data and reporting across pipeline, ERP, and accounts receivable
• improve order-to-cash processes
• partner with Finance on rental revenue forecasts, equipment utilization, and contract health.
