What you'll do

• Manage resident relations, rent collection, notices, complaints, and community rules
• oversee property cleanliness, maintenance, and unit turnover
• track work orders and records
• screen applications and coordinate certifications
• support compliance, audits, and affordable housing waitlists
• review invoices and purchase orders
• assist with budgets, deposits, and monthly reports
• conduct property inspections
• respond to emergency calls.
