Job overview
The Youth and Adult Support and Rehabilitation Specialist works in person in West Allis, Wisconsin, with local travel throughout Milwaukee County to meet clients at home and in community settings. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Professional Services Group’s Comprehensive Community Services Ancillary Services program provides goal-oriented community interventions for youth and adults.
What you'll do
- Coach parents through mentorship and behavior-modification strategies
- provide rehabilitative psychoeducation and skills training
- assess consumer strengths and needs
- develop recovery goals with the team and natural supports
- advocate for consumers
- facilitate individual meetings and structured rehabilitation activities
- attend recovery team meetings as needed.
