What you'll do

• Own platform technical direction and architecture
• establish engineering standards for code review, QA, monitoring, and documentation
• contribute hands-on to complex codebase work
• sequence and track shared delivery, remove blockers, and flag risks and trade-offs
• coordinate the distributed Endless Studios and Endless Access team with the Access tech lead
• work with Product to define features, plan the roadmap, prioritize work, and validate implementation against product intent.
