What you'll do

• Execute and optimize paid recruitment marketing campaigns with agency partners
• coordinate vendors and programmatic advertising
• administer career-site, CMS, chatbot, and candidate-experience tools
• maintain site content and support testing and launch readiness. Plan and execute CRM email campaigns, manage campaign calendars and performance reporting, facilitate recruitment marketing meetings, handle related requests, and support playbooks, tracking, and project workflows.
