Security Officer, Enhanced Part-Time Access Control

The Security Officer, Enhanced Part-Time Access Control role is onsite in Wickliffe, KY. Pay is $14 per hour, with a fixed shift of 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. at an assigned site and the option to claim additional shifts. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to customers and communities. The officer supports site security at a chemical and petrochemical location by managing access, monitoring entry points, responding to alarms and incidents, and conducting patrols. The work helps enforce site procedures and direct visitors and contractors through required check-in processes.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out site security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities
• monitor access points and verify credentials and authorization
• manage visitor and contractor entry and maintain access-control records
• respond to alarms, unauthorized-entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols
• direct visitors and contractors to check-in processes, required documentation, and designated areas.

Why this role

Part-time fixed-shift assignment requires a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may be claimed through the scheduling platform, with the opportunity to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week. High school diploma or equivalent required.
