What you'll do

• Administer Google Workspace, SAML/SSO integrations, and endpoint detection and response tools

• manage user accounts and laptop deployment

• track support requests in a ticketing system
• manage device encryption and endpoint protection
• perform updates and patching
• maintain technical documentation
• collaborate on recurring issues and improvements.
