What you'll do

• Ensure molding operations meet GMP and food-contact requirements
• optimize process windows for OEE targets
• lead IQ/OQ/PQ validations
• manage preventive mold maintenance
• lead mold transfers and new tool qualifications
• provide hands-on support to technicians
• apply Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce scrap and variation.
