What you'll do

• Manage client service and warranty activities
• conduct pre-job walks as needed with the estimator and client
• set expectations and document project scope
• maintain customer communications and educate clients on the process
• ensure permits and licensing are acquired
• identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
• prepare budgets with the estimator
• maintain schedules and daily activity records
• coordinate with estimators, supervisors, vendors, and clients
• manage job costs, invoicing, and collections
• ensure project safety and cleanliness.
